5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Return and Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong item.

To be eligible:

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method ithin 7–10 business days after approval.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.

No refunds will be issued for items purchased on clearance/sale unless damaged or defective.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been shipped.
